Vera Ann Livingstone, Esq.
Vera A. Livingstone, Attorney, graduated from California Western School of Law in 1996, and holds an undergraduate degree in public administration. She opened her practice in 1997 with a goal of providing professional legal services with an emphasis on listening to the client. For more than 15 years, Ms. Livingstone has served men, women, and businesses in the areas of civil litigation and family law.
Lynne Merrill, M.A., Paralegal
Lynne Merrill has been providing paralegal services to women and men in San Diego County for more than 20 years. She has worked as a paralegal for Livingstone & Associates since 1998. Bilingual in English/Spanish, she translates documents and interprets for clients and attorneys.
With an undergraduate degree in International Education, and Master in Human Behavior, Ms. Merrill enjoys working with clients to help them feel confident throughout their legal proceedings. She offers mediation preparation, assisting clients ready themselves for court ordered mediation in family law cases. She has delivered training programs on domestic violence, served as an Adjunct Professor of Spanish for social service students, and is past president of License to Freedom, a non-profit organization.
Ms. Merrill is a member of USD’s Paralegal Alumni Association. Bonded and registered with the County of San Diego, her services of San Diego Legal Document Assistance provide dissolution, paternity actions, step-parent adoptions, mediation preparation, and translations at reasonable rates for self-represented litigants.
