She provides caring but straightforward representation to her clients and builds lasting relationships based on transparency and trust.
Elena’s current focus includes high asset divorce involving discovery, forensic analysis and business valuations, child and spousal support, high conflict child custody and visitation, move away requests, domestic violence restraining orders, paternity actions, post-judgment modification, registration of out of state orders, enforcement, and other family law matters.
Prior to joining Livingstone Law, APC, Elena worked in the family law and civil litigation arena in state and federal courts throughout the Los Angeles, San Diego, Imperial, and San Francisco counties.
Elena is passionate about her work and is committed to making a meaningful difference in her clients’ lives. She has a successful track record in litigating and resolving high stakes matters in her clients’ favor. She will zealously advocate for you, whether at a settlement table or in the courtroom.

In her free time, Elena volunteers as a pro-bono interpreter and translator for Casa Cornelia Law Center, victims of crime program, and Catholic Charities. She also contributed over 150 hours in legal work as a pro-bono attorney helping clients who could not afford to pay for legal representation with San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program and Casa Cornelia Law Center. Her contribution was recognized by two Wiley W. Manuel Awards for Pro Bono Legal Services.
