Senior Associate Attorney

We seek an experienced Senior Associate Attorney with at least four years of experience practicing family law.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter and excellent communicator, feels comfortable in the courtroom, and is committed to guiding families with honesty, clarity and compassion.

Lead representation in complex family law cases (divorce, DVRO’s, custody, business valuations, income analyses, stock divisions, spousal support, and property division).
Attend law and motion hearings and conduct evidentiary hearings and trials.
Draft, review, and negotiate advanced legal documents.
Conduct legal research and stay up to date on family law developments.
Strategize with the team to achieve favorable client outcomes.
Mentor and support junior attorneys.
Billable hours 5-6 hours per day.

Paralegal

We seek a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our family law team.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of paralegal experience in family law. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of family law procedures, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting both attorneys and clients through challenging times.

Propound and Respond to Discovery. Understanding the CCP pertaining to Discovery. Analyze Discovery Responses and write meet and confer letters and Motions to Compel.
Draft and prepare pleadings, declarations, motions, Income Withholding Orders, Correspondence, Settlement and Trial Briefs.
Draft detailed schedules of assets and debts and income and expense declarations.
Assist attorneys in case preparation for hearings, mediations, and trials.
Manage, organize, and maintain case files to ensure all documentation is current and easily accessible.
Communicate directly with clients, courts, and opposing counsel in a professional manner.
Conduct factual and legal research as directed by attorneys.
Assist with calendaring deadlines, hearings, and meetings.
Support attorneys with trial preparation, including compiling exhibits and witness lists.
Summarize correspondence and legal briefs.
Billable hours 5-6 hours per day.
